Due to the nature of 'Once off Cleans' or 'Bond Cleans' we dont quote individual houses or offices, we offer an hourly rate for the work to be done. Below is a guide for the cost of Bond Cleans for different sized houses:

Prices include thorough house cleaning, bathrooms, kitchens, marks off walls, powerhead vacuuming. We expect 'Once only houses to be dirtier than other houses and take that into account with the price guides below.

Pricing - $22.00 booking fee plus the hourly rate of $40.00 includes GST (minimum 3 hours):

·   2 Bedroom Unit = approx 4 hours ($182)

·   3 Bedroom House = approx 5-6 hours ($222 - $262)

·   4 Bedroom/2 Living areas family house = approx 6-8 hours $262 - $342)
